With out these three children JET SPORTS would have never happened.
JET SPORTS came into existence thanks to Dakota Taylor who wanted to play on a team made up of his friends. Dakota was in Pre-k at Park Maitland at the time. His father did what any father would have done for his son. He started a team. During the next 8 years that team blossomed into a league of over a thousand children.
Desire wasn't enough however. With incredible overhead and raising uniform & insurance costs JET SPORTS never would have made it without the constant financial help of the Byrnes Family. JET SPORTS was not a non profit company at the time, but that didn't stop the Byrnes family from helping. Every season of every year they came through for us.
Dakota, Hughie, and Paige have all grown out of our league now, but they definitely aren't gone. We still see them during every soccer game, every track meet, and every basketball game, when ever we see a child smile. We know the smiles are thanks to these three.
